The application of blockchain technologies has become a passion for me over the past few years, and I consider myself to be a blockchain / Web3 evangelist. For the next chapter in my career, I have a specific interest in joining a company focused on building innovative Web3 applications.

I am a product leader with over 10 years of experience in both building teams and delivering enterprise level digital SAAS products. I have a history of working with complex, large-scale applications, coupled with a passion for delivering a great user experience. Quickly and clearly breaking down complicated, interconnected systems or ideas into their component parts is my product superpower. I would relish the opportunity to put that to use on your team.

I am an effective leader and active mentor with strong stakeholder management skills and deep roots in agile and iterative delivery methods. Unlike many other Product Managers, my career has given me several opportunities to fill dual roles as both a product and people manager – managing resources in engineering, QA, design, and most recently to build and lead a product management team. As well as giving me the opportunity to hone leadership and talent development skills, this has given me the chance to gain unique insights into both building relationships with these groups as technical stakeholders and leading them in cross-functional teams.

I work well remotely and have been working effectively with globally distributed teams for most of my professional career. I’m also flexible with my working hours and can easily shift to match the most effective working crossovers with my teammates.
