I first discovered the phenomenon that is bitcoin in 2017 while I was studying investment management at Stellenbosch University. I fell in love with crypto from an investment standpoint however, as time went on I started researching altcoins, and which led to NFTs and DeFi and Web3 and eventually an appreciation for the entire crypto space in general.
