I am writing to express my interest in the vacancy of a UI/UX Designer.
I have experience in many types of UX research, such as competitor analysis, user surveys, in-depth interviews and user testing. From the collected data I can create JTBD, CJM, Persons, product hypotheses, user flows, and most importantly - I can skillfully manipulate artefacts to achieve the desired result in the final product. Having become a Scrum Master for a team of 5 people, I learned to work with Scrum methodology.
I consider Upper-Intermediate English, thinking “outside the box” and desire to grow to be my strong points. Many people notice that I am responsible, and creative and always find positive things in any situation.
In addition, in my work, I always use design thinking and a human-centred approach to tasks, because I primarily focus on the interests of users.
