I am currently working as CTO at Xord in Karachi. In this position I am responsible for:

1. Setting up the company technical vision
2. Leading R&D team to work on: a. Ethereum 2.0 Client Research b. Zero Knowledge Proofs understanding and working of SNARKs
3. Keeping up to date with the market trends
4. Align the business and research strategy
5. Maintaining OKRs for the team for sustainable development
6. Serve as an advisor for internal subsidiary companies
7. Implement processes in the company to enhance the developers expertise and productivity
8. Lead the ideation process in the company for product development

Over the past 2.5 years. I have gained ample experience in the field of Blockchain industry from technical and business perspective as well. To support my business experience, I have also 3 months of experience in leading the Business Development, Public Relations and Marketing team as well. I would describe myself as someone who is a fast learner and can work in different contexts of work and can take different responsibilities as well. I tend to use mental models for my decision making and sharpen my learning skills as well. I believe I can make a valuable contribution to the company.
