I have been a freelance fullstack developer for 3+ years building web applications for local businesses as well as some governmental organisation.
During my freelancing period I successfully designed and developed multiple SEO optimised websites for small businesses that increased traffic and revenue using Gatsby framework for front-end, Contentful CMS for content management and Netlify for CI/CD.
My most recent completed project involved designing and developing a registration portal web application for the Nigerian embassy to China, which provides a client side for members of the diaspora to register their presence upon entry as well as a full fledged admin panel to help track of all new registrations and update entries made by all registered members — built using Reactjs for the front-end and AWS for the back.
It’s so far been a great experience taking the Blockchain developer nano-degree at udacity which gave me a solid foundation and understanding of the inner-workings of the blockchain, bitcoin-core, building NFT’s as well as opportunity to identify real-world problems faced in industries like the supply-chain, flight insurance as well as real-estate by designing and developing well architected smart-contracts on the Ethereum Blockchain to cater for those problems.
