Hi my name is ----- and i have over 8 years experience recruiting with Blockchain technologies. I was one of the first blockchain recruiters in the UK working mainly with fintechs and start ups in the UK, Europe, North America and MENA region. I have also been a follower of Autonomy Network.

I am interested in this role because i have a genuine interest in companies who are pioneering and evolving blockchain & Web3 technologies like Autonomy Network is doing, compared to other companies who are simply launching an NFT platform etc. I am London based but i have a background recruiting, sourcing and interviewing blockchain specialists globally. Looking at your spec i meet all the relevant criteria including:

• Setting up ATS systems and maintaining them
• Ability to source top candidates from a variety of sources
• Building a pipeline of both passive and active candidates to support live and future recruitments
• Experience recruiting for a variety of skill sets including Tech, Marketing, Senior and Board level (all within crypto)
• Ability to conduct high quality pre screening interviews (including technical) to ensure only the right candidates whose values and technical ability align.
