Within the crypto space, (1) I helped a blockchain gaming company look at partnerships with traditional brands, prepared key partnership metrics for reporting, lead sourcing and maintained the team's pipeline tracker. Also, I pushed for the implementation of a CRM tool, as the company expands, to automate outreach so that the investment and partnership team can focus their efforts on identifying leads, crafting proposals and meetings. (2) Helping out with my friend, I was mainly responsible for finding early-stage projects for investment opportunities, as I pioneered the outreach process including creating the pitch decks as well as the proposals for our services. I also build our own alpha hunting methodology to get our first-hand information and updated the team promptly with market happenings daily/weekly.
