Since the age of sixteen I've worked in healthcare, but over the course of the past year I have had a growing desire to work towards entrepreneurship. In December of 2021 I began writing a business plan for an idea I had which I intended to fund through the launch of an NFT collection. During the first couple months of this year I began pitching my idea to investors in order to secure funding for my initial marketing, and ultimately pitched to an individual who conveyed to me the unoriginality of my idea.
I realized that I was focusing too much on reaching the status of "entrepreneurship" and not enough on what my core values are. I have since decided to take a step back and develop the skills that I will one day need in order to resume my pursuit of establishing a business. One month ago, I began reaching out to web3 startups and offering marketing related services, landing a position with a GameFi startup securing and managing their partnerships, which I have begun to find success in, as well as receiving significant practice in the development of my interpersonal and negotiation skills. I would however, like to take this work full-time and have my work with web3 startups be my primary source of income.
While I admittedly lack extensive prior experience in a similar role, these are the exact services I have begun working with in the past month, and am ready to jump right in and develop my skills in order to fill this role. I'll go ahead and attach my resume for further background info, and hope for the opportunity to discuss this further.
