In my previous position as the Community Manager at Tactical Investing, I worked on community growth and ensured that we continued to provide value to the community. We maintained some of the highest engagement rates in the industry because of the philosophy that I implemented. I’m able to identify friction for community members and work on relieving it. I also have a knack for proper messaging across Discord and Twitter, as well as problem solving and coming up with effective strategies. I also work well independently with little oversight and take initiative when needed. I respond to requests from community members and colleagues in a timely manner and am adept at prioritizing multiple ongoing projects.
Additionally, I have: -Identified, developed, and evaluated marketing strategies. -Utilized creative approaches to increase engagement. -Developed highly effective marketing strategies to capitalize on the user base. -Been involved with over 100 DeFi projects (see education).
I am a self-starter and excel at writing copy, capitalizing on user activity, and negotiating contracts. I am also deeply familiar with all social media outlets and adapt quickly to new programs.
