In references to my experience, I have nearby 3 years working experience in TA and running different initiative ranging from Employee Engagement to Training relating. Hence, I find myself partially well-fit to this role. However, I am only lacking in the Fintech industry exposure as I don't have actual exposure but I am participating in the crypto and investing space during the personal time to learn.
