I am not only a web3 enthusiast, I am deeply involved with DeFi. I have a background in economics and marketing and plenty of experience in handling communities of DeFi projects. Unfortunately, I am/was employed by projects on terra. While I collected plenty of experience in managing communities even during the most stressful times (recent downfall of terra), I currently don't know how to move forward starting next month.
