I am interested in the Community Manager position at Tornado Cash DAO. I am actually familiar with Tornado Cash as the technique in which most "rug pullers" use to escape traceability on the blockchain, so I am excited to be applying.
I am well versed in the world of web3, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and defi. Further to that, I have experience as an NFT creator and am very familiar with the position you need filled. Twitter engagement, Discord & Telegram community management, and web3 marketing are all aspects of crypto projects that I have participated in on both sides. In fact, I continue to spend time and invest into crypto in my free time and am well aware of all news and events in the crypto space.
I am also well aware that marketing in the crypto world is completely different than traditional marketing. As crypto adoption is still in its early stages, the trust in a project is build through complete word of mouth and proving yourself, rather than through "advertising" or as we say, shilling. If I had to say, building culture is the most important "marketing" strategy in Web3. And yes, sometimes that means memes, jokes, and games are all crucial to the success of a web3 community.
In the real world, my background is in construction and renovation project management. I have built considerable customer service skills as well as the ability to work under pressure.
