I think that my experience working in startups and the gaming/esports ecosystem has given me the perfect experience to be effective and efficient in this sort of role, company, and industry. Like gaming, you're working with a very diverse group of people, who value authenticity, but you also need to bridge that gap between passion and business. So with that in mind, I believe that my experience, passion, and skillset would allow me to really thrive in a role that is meant to go out there and build relationships.
