Working in the aviation industry, travelling a lot and meeting different cultures allowed me to develop a strong ability to interpret people and their needs; my cultural bag and my knowledge of project managing (gained by achieving IPMA Project Management certificate) allowed me to know how to coordinate teams and leading them to pursue each target quickly and perfectly while keeping the morale high. Moreover, I believe I can perfectly fit this position due to the fact I have a really advanced knowledge of blockchain ecosystem, their different layers, digital currencies and NFTs by being really active on the markets and by investing in them for the past 3 years, helping other people getting to know this kind of technology and changing their perspective.
