Customer Service Representative (Brazil)

Having already managed a web3 community through discord, I have had experience in engaging with members of a community whether it would be a general conversation, resolving members’ issues and answering questions, member satisfaction was always my number one priority as to keep those people returning to the community as well as to make them feel included.
