I was instantly drawn to this job description and became eager to apply immediately, I have been working in the crypto industry for the past 4 years on the regulatory and compliance side covering AML platforms and tools for investigations, SAR's and licensing obligations.
(16years total experience with tech and SaaS sales, project management and recruitment).
I feel this role is a great match to my experience and aspirations. I may not have direct experience as a COO, but what I do have are the attributes that make one. I have managed and built teams (a hub of 25 developers) and recruitment processes. and my business generation has been a $1million+ for the last 3 years consistently.
With my industry knowledge, network and resources I feel I could bring real value and growth on many levels for Chainlabs. I would look to enter new regions and markets as well as established ones through previous and existing relationships, I would also look to source talent from all the right places.
The combination of my reach, the stage I am at in my career and my drive for results makes me believe I am great fit for this job.
If not for this position I would still like to apply for any I could be considered for, I pride my self in working on this side of the industry and Chainlabs would be a very honorable company to work for.
