I currently manage a team of +- 15 Engineers, 2 Engineering Managers and I directly work with Product Managers and Designers to define Roadmaps and Priorities, while also dealing with day to day, Team culture, Recruitment, Team development, architectural decisions, etc. I also do like to contribute as much as I can to the codebase and the improvement of it.
I've been working with JS for the past 9 years in different parts of the stack and with different frameworks. On the frontend I've mainly worked with EmberJS and NextJS (React) .
As you will be able to see I’ve been working mostly with marketplaces and more specifically delivering High Quality products to consumers.
I love the cryptocurrency space, and I’ve been engaged with it for the past couple of years. Until now I've been more involved as a consumer in many different projects in very different areas (like DEFI, NFTs, ICOs - 99.9% on Ethereum) and of course majority of time using Metamask or directly interacting with the contract.
I'm now at the point I want to make the switch to develop and help grow the ecosystem and while also learning more about web3.
