I have been interested in the crypto industry since 2019: in these three years, I have shaped the ability to research innovative and worthwhile crypto projects, as well as the capacity to make investment decisions.
I have about one year and a half of post-graduation working experience. I have experience working as an intern in a big consultancy company, Deloitte, as well as in a startup, Blockchain Italia, where I am currently employed. My big interest in Crypto and Blockchain technology led me to leave Deloitte and dive with a full-time employment into this disruptive industry.
I am part of the economics team of Folks Finance (DeFi lending protocol built on the Algorand blockchain) The economics team is composed of three people, and deals with Python and Excel models and simulations with the goal of making decisions concerning the protocol (e.g. token economy, risk parameters, new asset listings, new features testing). Other tasks include the design of DeFi strategies within the Algorand ecosystem, delivering detailed reports for external clients.
I have a strong understanding of the crypto market and of the use of modeling to make sound decisions. During my experience as DeFi analyst in Folks Finance I had the opportunity to put into practice and refine my portfolio of analytical skills learned during my university studies. Moreover, my current job allows me to better assess the validity of external projects.
