I, like many others in this space, have a pretty unique background that led me here. I got my degree in Mathematics, with an emphasis on Actuarial Science and Mathematical Finance. From my three years as an actuary, I became passionate about improving the broken American healthcare system, so I eventually left for an inside sales job at a healthcare start-up.
