I am confident that this position meets my professional interest which is to work on technical challenges on a global scale and to be involved in the design and production of state-of-the-art systems. I adapt very quickly to different situations and technologies due to my intellectual curiosity and my positive “can do” attitude which pushes me to always invest in my professional development by engaging in continued learning of new technologies.

In my previous work, I had the privilege of working on an Innovate UK project which involved using Machine learning/NLP technologies to uncover patterns of fraudulent behaviour, identify trends, and optimise effectiveness of pre-defined linguistic markers. The project resulted in the successful publication of two journals and the commercialisation of the models implemented, it pushed me out of my comfort zone by challenging me to always think outside the box to tackle problems in innovative ways and to justify the rationale behind the approaches adopted. I learnt a lot from working on this large-scale project with a multi-disciplinary team, I have honed both soft and technical skills in ways I could not have imagined at the start of the project, skills englobing the following areas: (Interpersonal, Communication, Organisational, Problem-solving, Problem-solving, Project management, Adaptability, Flexibility, Work Ethics). I have developed an in-depth experience in Machine learning/NLP that will equip me with transferable skills that I can offer to your enterprise.
