Hi, my name is ----- I'm from Argentina and I have more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry, mostly in backend development and team leadership. I think that I can be a good fit for this position, because in my current job I have built robust, scalable, high throughput APIs. I also lead Golang teams, and this gives me a special approach to solve problems, discuss architectures and find the best solutions to complex problems, not just coding. Besides, I also have access to best practices, courses and mentorship of a group of Golang experts here in my company. Most of my code it's on private or NDA protected repositories but I'm willing to fulfill some test task in Go to show my skills, if you prefer.
