As an experienced Digital Experience Manager I consider my skills and experience to align well with the role requirements. I am qualified to practitioner level in Prince2 Agile Project Management and I come with a wealth of experience in digital tools, content management systems, analytical tools and have managed various large scale technical projects.
I have been working in digital content management for over 7 years in a variety of different settings and have worked across multiple platforms and brands, from mobile app optimisation, social media, web platform optimisation & CRM system upgrades - these broad range of projects has allowed me to transfer many of my digital content management skills between the utility sector and the banking sector.
I led my team to win an industry award in 2020 being recognised as having the ‘best digital initiative’ in the utilities sector for a new initiative utilising paid media to send targeted messages for customers impacted by utility work. This initiative was a first of its kind in the utilities sector in Scotland and also led to a 20% reduction in complaints.
