Some of the main and daily responsibilities at LATOKEN:
- Upselling and selling co-marketing to projects in the pipeline
- Contacting 25+ cold projects and moving to hot - co-marketing / paid listing
- Set up and analysis of co-marketing activities (airdrops, trading competition, giveaways, staking and etc.)
- Account management of 50+ listed projects and fast problem-solving requests
- Running IEO and building marketing strategies with a projects
Besides a monthly plan of attracting and selling co-marketing activities and listings, I am also responsible for IEO set-up and its promotion
Talking about my sales and business development achievements I can highlight:
- Real budget: 390 000$
- Revenue acquired by paid services: 23 000$
- Total trading fees attracted: 94 000$
- Total traders acquired: 41 000
- Co-marketing activities: 68 activities
- Selling and conducting at least 1 promo campaign a month with KFC, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, and restaurants in Glovo KG
- Selling weekly top 3 positions in Glovo app to top restaurants in Kyrgyzstan
- Selling restaurant assets worth more than 25.000$ in 3 month
