Hey Recruiter, I’m excited to be applying for the Community Manager position. I have more than a year of experience in community engagement in the P2E industry. I firmly believe in the power of strong communities to effect positive change. I'm passionate about creating and sustaining meaningful relationships with members.
Most recently, I was a Community Manager for the Defi project. In this role, I was responsible for creating a Discord server and engagement strategies for the community, but I also took on additional responsibilities such as managing social media accounts and creating marketing materials. I also became more involved in the company's day-to-day operations, which allowed me to gain valuable experience in other areas of business. I manage all aspects of the company’s online community, including moderating social media, responding to user feedback and questions, and creating new content for the site. I create and maintain relationships with other companies in the industry, which helps to grow the community.
