Over the past year, I have participated in Web3 hackathons (one 3rd place, two finalist positions) while developing AI and decentralized applications as a self-employed software developer. As a co-founder of the THING app, I developed a Flask and Node.js application integrated with the Polkadot blockchain, and participated in an incubator, pitching the app to investors. Previously, as a Digital Analyst at Congstar, I led reporting and visualization for a migration project, conducted quantitative and qualitative analyses, and ran marketing analytics workshops. At Sparkassen-Finanzportal, I managed a team of five analysts, developing data analytics strategies and leading workshops on business intelligence. Additionally, I served as a Data Literacy Trainer at Elevation, where I created and delivered training programs on data literacy, analysis, and visualization.
