I’ve been working as a Project Manager on and off for almost a decade. I started with a startup called Axon when I was 19. The project manager they had started training me. Since then I’ve gone to school to get my Bachelor’s in Business with a PMP certification.

I’ve been developing my own business and services alongside working with the startups I’ve been a part of and have learned many things along the way.

I am great at seeing the big picture as well as creating and maintaining the framework for a team and business to operate within. Team development is certainly a passion of mine. I have done extended personal research on relationships and I enjoy being able to bridge gaps between people and resolve problems to create a more cohesive environment.

I have failed many times in my life so I also like to think that my relationship to failure is quite healthy. I can feel the emotional impact of failure but still decide to move forward and be curious about why and how. In fact, I really don’t think failure is real unless we accept it.
