I’m an operator who moved from building and scaling real world businesses into digital assets, infrastructure, and RWA strategy.
Over the last 12+ years, I’ve led operations, growth, and transformation across healthcare, finance, and technology. I scaled enterprise value from $0 to $40M in 24 months, delivered 200%+ profit growth, managed RM100M+ in assets, and led national scale programs with 20,000+ personnel.
In Web3, I’ve worked across digital prime brokerage infrastructure, OTC and settlement flows, tokenization strategy, RWA ecosystems, and capital markets facing BD. I understand both the real world asset side and the on chain infrastructure side. That combination lets me bridge research, systems thinking, and execution.
What makes me strong is that I do not approach RWA as theory. I understand how assets, operations, governance, counterparties, and incentives work in the real world, and how they need to be translated into scalable digital infrastructure.
I’m now looking to contribute that mix of operator discipline, market knowledge, and crypto native execution to a team building serious RWA infrastructure.
