My background sits at the intersection of market infrastructure, regulation, and deal flow — from building OTC trading operations to helping crypto exchanges enter regulated markets.

One of my key projects was managing the development of a crypto exchange operation in Turkey, where I built the full business and operational model covering legal structure, compliance stack, banking, technology providers, and financial projections. The project later secured grandfathering status from the Turkish Capital Markets Board (SPK).

Before focusing on tokenization, I spent years working with institutional crypto clients and OTC liquidity providers, structuring high-value transactions and understanding how digital asset markets function beyond the order book — across custody, settlement, compliance, and counterparties.

Today my focus is Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization.

What I do best is connect the three groups that often struggle to work together:
