Hi, I’m Monthon (“Yok”), based in Bangkok. I’m a customer support and operations professional with experience supporting Japanese customers in a contact center and working in service/hospitality roles in Japan. I prefer chat-based support and can communicate in Thai, English, and Japanese (JLPT N3). I’m comfortable with shift work, fast-paced queues, and writing clear, consistent responses.
Recently, I also worked remotely on AI training for Thai writing, which strengthened my attention to detail and guideline-based work. I also use Python for automation and data tasks. I’m looking for a full-time remote role in Chat Support / Customer Support (JP), Support Operations, Localization/Content QA, or AI training/content roles.
