Hello I have mainly worked with PHP/Symfony building commercial apps. And in the professional field, I have used sql, PL/SQL, VBA, Java But these last year or so, I have been building a trading bot in Python (postgresql database). Where I'm basically gathering data from different platforms via their REST APIs(Binance, Cryptocompare etc...). The code is deployed on AWS EC2machine, a Cron job is schedule to execute a script at different intervals and post trades based on different algorithm.. and post the confirmation into a slack group through their APIs The technologies used for this project are: Postgresql Python 3.8 PL/PGSQL SQL AWS EC2 => Linux/Ubuntu 18.2 Bash script CRON Jobs REST APIs Regarding Python, I really fell in love with the language, beautiful way of writing software and easy to get stuff up and running.
