My name is ----- ----- and I am reaching out to express my interest in the Web3 Analyst Intern position at VerdeX.
What led me to apply for this position is VerdeX’s expansion toward the Gaming Metaverse. As a gamer myself, I have always wondered why games had a centralised currency. It almost seemed unfair to me. These gamers spend hours of time playing a game without getting any ‘in-real-life’ value. However, with the rise in Crypto Gaming, gamers can now play the game and earn tokens that can be exchanged for fiat.
To me, this is the future - or at least the first ‘sub-category’ of crypto that can be implemented first. Because of this interest of mine, I spend most of my days scrolling through twitter, trying out these games and then proceed to analyse on-chain data using Nansen.ai, Icy.tools and Dune Analytics. Besides GameFi, another subcategory that interests me would be DeFi projects such as Olympus DAO and $TIME Wonderland.
I am confident that my background, education, and work experience will yield the right set of skills for the Web3 analyst internship and look forward to contributing to VerdeX's ongoing success.
