My career has always been about overcoming challenges and solving problems. I thrive in fast paced environments where innovative solutions to complex problems are required. I created meaningful impact on all the organisations i have worked in and on.
I have 25 years experience in financial services, corporate finance, technology, entrepreneurship and leadership. I have led multi national remote teams through huge business transformation, i have grown businesses from nothing to >£11M turnover and maintained 30% margins. Over the years i have moved into senior leadership roles that have allowed me to streamline operations, drive growth and build out high performing teams. One of my proudest moments was exiting my founded business which has resulted in my career break. What sets me apart is my ability to balance strategic vision with my mantra of execution, execution, execution. Whether it is launching a new business or product, or leading a turnaround transformation i have a brilliant track record of delivery through aligning people, process and tech. This is evidenced through my role of turning around a failed MSB, improving sales and margin through technology and provider transformation and culture change.
Today i am focused on leveraging my experience and knowledge to help businesses navigate growth, change and upheaval to become sustainable. I am passionate about mentoring teams, thought leadership, and making a positive impact.
