I've been a Web3 operator for 3+ years, starting as the first hire at HumanDAO post-$3.5M raise. I scaled their Discord from 0 to 60K members without paid ads, closed partnerships worth $1M+ with protocols like Enzyme Finance and Moonbirds, and led the 0→1 launch of an AI due diligence platform that scaled to 100 reports/week.

What makes me effective is my ability to build systems from scratch in ambiguous environments. I co-led a $1M DeFi treasury deployment, designed complete DAO governance infrastructure, and served as the founder's thought partner on pivots and strategy. I'm scrappy, data-driven, and thrive in early-stage chaos where you need to figure things out as you go.
