I know how crypto communities breathe: the FUD cycles, the onboarding friction, the gap between devs and users that kills retention. At Cryfi I owned the entire community layer — moderation, onboarding flows, feedback loops back to the product team. At OwnershipCoin I stepped up to Marketing Lead: user acquisition strategy, cross-platform coordination, growth campaigns. Before Web3 I spent 5 years as a seaman — which sounds unrelated until you've had to keep a 20-person crew aligned under pressure with zero margin for error.
