Through my 7-year career, I’ve come to specialise in developing bespoke fitness training programmes based on clients’ individual fitness goals and have coached over 200 international clients in the areas of fitness and nutrition. Indeed, I’m highly familiar with the entire fitness training programme from health assessment and customising exercise plans through to nutritional consulting and progress monitoring. In addition, I have experience managing gym operations, driving social media marketing and organising events to boost members’ engagement levels and increase membership sales. Presently, I am a self-employed Nutrition Counselor, where I develop exercise training and nutrition programmes for clients based on individual fitness goals and medical considerations, with an emphasis on guiding clients in safe exercises to minimise risk of injuries. In addition, I educate clients on proper nutrition and exercise habits, tracking their daily progress to ensure adherence to their fitness plan.
