During past year, I've worked as Affiliate Manager (with KOLs) and Business Development Manager (with crypto startups). In few years i've managed to:

• Develop large partnership structure with large exchanges for a Telegram/Youtube/Insragram social media channel focused on continuous growth of trading volume, sub-partners and new referrals. My main responsibilities were: negotiation partnership deals with crypto exchanges; planning and launching social media activities, events and campaigns to grow number of new leads and trading volume; growing network of independent sub-partners (more than 20 in my network); reaching FTT and TVL goals. In 6 month I was able to grow target volume one of the partners from 2M to 54M monthly
• While working with crypto startups my main focus was finding KOLs and influencers for attracting new users. I've designed user acquisition, referral, airdrop strategies and generated 10,000 + early sign-ups during pre -launch phase (while maintained 55% + active community retention during early growth stage)
