Web3 Talent

I've been in Web3 since before it was cool to call it Web3. Started back in 2017 working alongside Sunny King — the guy who invented Proof of Stake — helping build out Primecoin's roadmap and supporting VSYS across Asian markets. That experience taught me early on that the best projects aren't won on whitepapers, they're won on relationships and execution. From there I spent six years at Syscoin, where I got deep into the infrastructure side of things — helping launch the Rollux Layer 2, onboarding exchanges and wallets, and acting as the bridge between technical teams and the outside world. It's where I learned that ecosystem growth is a long game and shortcuts usually backfire. I then founded BlockDesk Ventures — which started as an investment firm backing projects like HydraSwap, Cardstarter, and Netvrk, and grew into something bigger with a media outlet, airdrop platform, and a Layer 1 in development. Running that taught me what founders actually need versus what advisors usually give them. Right now I'm heading up ecosystem growth at SuperDapp.ai, working at the intersection of AI and Web3 — building partnerships across Arbitrum, Avalanche, Aptos, Aleph Zero and beyond, and helping projects deploy AI agents without needing a dev team. What makes me great? I've sat on every side of the table — investor, advisor, operator, ecosystem builder. I speak the language of founders, exchanges, and institutions equally. And I'm fluent in Russian, which opens doors in markets a lot of BD people can't access. I don't just open doors. I build what's behind them.
