I’ve been crypto-native for years — participating in early ICOs, using DeFi products long before they were mainstream, and understanding first-hand what breaks when theory meets reality. My background is in zero-to-one GTM, revenue ownership, and operational execution. I’ve led and built commercial systems that generated €60M+ in TCV, often in high-constraint environments where reliability and speed mattered more than perfect theory.
What makes me effective in crypto is my ability to translate complex systems into execution — aligning business goals, users, and technical teams without over-engineering or hype. Today, I focus on AI-enabled operations and GTM systems for Web3 and SaaS companies: orchestration, adoption, and measurable impact — not demos. I’m an operator first. I care about shipping, adoption, and outcomes.
