I’m a fintech and crypto professional with 6+ years of experience across Customer Success, Account Management, payments, digital assets, KYC/KYB, and fraud prevention in the U.S. and Latin America.

My background spans the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding and compliance to managing high-value relationships and supporting cross-border payment and crypto operations. I’ve worked with retail customers, HNW clients, fintechs, payment companies, OTC desks, and institutional crypto clients, with hands-on exposure to stablecoins, fiat-to-crypto flows, and digital asset products.

What makes me different is that I understand both sides of the relationship: the customer experience and the operational/compliance requirements behind it. I can speak with a client about their business needs while also understanding KYC, risk, payments, and the infrastructure required to make those transactions happen.

I’m fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish and especially enjoy working across the U.S. and Latin American markets.
