I am a passionate growth marketer skilled in developing and executing performance marketing campaigns that increase market share and revenue. I can work with cross-functional teams to launch and optimize campaigns. I am experienced in conducting Web3 market research (I have 10+ years of experience in the crypto market), creating marketing campaigns, and developing strategies to help optimize the campaign for optimal results. I am enthusiastic about driving growth through go-to-market initiatives and product launches.
I believe that I am a great fit for the job because I have a lot of experience when it comes to the blockchain, layer 1s and 2s, and the web 3.0 ecosystem. I can help build a community, organize events and teach people of the systems in which Algomint uses. I think with my experiences, connections, partnerships, and constant thirst for knowledge in the web 3.0 space I can be a huge force for this team.
I would be a great fit because I have been following crypto since Summer 2017 and have been watching nonstop since. It is one of my favorite pastimes and wouldn't feel like work doing it. I have been using social media since the Myspace era and have a solid grasp on how to generate content/engagement. This would be a stellar opportunity to push myself and grow within a field I am already enamored with. Hope to hear back soon and I appreciate your time reading/reviewing this.
Please accept my application for the role of Research Intern at MetaDEX for this summer. I graduated from MIT last week with a double major in Mathematics (Course 18) and Computer Science (Course 6-3) with a 5.0/5.0 GPA. My original intention was to accept a full-time position on a trading desk with Morgan Stanley in New York beginning in August. However, after my senior year computer science classes, I’ve decided to pursue MIT’s Master’s Degree in Computer Science, concentrating in theoretical computation beginning in the fall. Therefore, I’d like to spend this summer in a more research-related role.
In addition to having strong programming skills in Python, Java, and C++, I am a team player with good interpersonal skills. I have been an officer in my fraternity, Phi Beta Epsilon, as well as led various group-based class projects. I have co-authored a research paper in The Astrophysical Journal (VLA Observations of the Disk Around the Young Brown Dwarf 2MASS J044427+2512). I also joined an MIT Physics lab and worked on the GAPS experiment, a NASA-funded project working on the indirect detection of dark matter.
I’d love a chance to put my skills from the past four years at MIT to work at MetaDEX this summer with this internship. The blockchain fascinates me—I’ve been learning Solidity recently. I would also be able to use my experience of doing multiple sell-side internships in the finance world for this internship.

Hello! I'm a professionally licensed structural engineer with a crypto habit. For my day job I design solutions to build / repair oil rigs, then go offshore and implement them. The work is challenging, forces me to think outside of the box, and demands clear communication with diverse groups of technical/non-technical people.
Working in an industry as old as energy has also given me an interest in digital technology and how it can be used to innovate. When I get home, I spend my time learning about blockchain and honing my dev skills. Now I aim to take my skills to the next level by contributing to a real crypto project!

Dear Brett Shear,
I first heard of Bitcoin in early 2012 from a Hacker News article and pretty much blew it off as many did at the time. It wasn't until a year later, someone asked me my thoughts on Bitcoin in person after giving a speech on payment security. This was the first time Bitcoin existed outside of the internet for me, which triggered an investigation on it. It was after listening to Andreas Antonopoulos' enthusiasm for the technology that got me fascinated with blockchain so much so that we managed to get him on our podcast! I’m always looking to network to collect insights on industry leaders so that we stay ahead of the trends.
As a CEO of a startup, wearing several hats became the new normal. My startup was focused on payment security which included the engineering and design of a hardware product. My cofounders and I wrote the product specification and design and had weekly meetings with our manufacturer in Denmark. We went from design specification to full production in a little less than 10 months. This piece of hardware was intimately tied to the software we were also creating at the time and it was my responsibility to keep the hardware team and the software team on the same page. I coordinated the cryptographic libraries that were needed and made sure we had the right CPU architecture to support it as an example. I also made sure we stayed on track with our minimum viable product to get the product out as quickly as possible. In the mean time sending weekly updates to 10 investors with progress on development as well as discussions with clients and users. All this work accomplished with a completely remote team across the United States as well as a dev team in Israel and a team in Denmark.
On a separate project, I managed the development of an app called MetaZone.io. This app is the "app store" for the blockchain project called Decentraland where anyone can own a piece of digital land. We realized that a land owner would have to modify code in order to deploy a custom piece of creation on to their land. We outlined a plan to build this app that made things easier for the land owner in 2 weeks and a few days after completion we had 3 orders go through the platform! Decentraland is still in beta tests and we knew we hit a pain point in the community with such a quick conversion of a sale. The next steps for this project is to build smart contracts to handle the payouts to creators, land owners and as well as pay the platform for transactions that occur within the app.
My motivation is to build something meaningful that can make a lasting impact on society. I've said before that I felt like I missed out on an opportunity in contributing to the development of the internet because I was too young at the time. I feel like I have a chance to make that contribution now. I believe through the innovation of blockchain, programmable currencies, and smart contracts we have the tools to achieve that impact. I look forward to following up with a call to discuss the business development position further.
To whom it may concern,
I am writing to you today with confidence and eagerness, in the possibility of providing value to the Symbridge team in the role of blockchain engineer. The two main reasons for my confidence are experience with blockchain as well as my professional experience working in a small office.
Currently, I do have experience building on the Ethereum blockchain, mainly on testnets, as listed on my resume. With most of my learning having been self-taught, one benefit I would bring to the Symbridge team is my resourcefulness. Another asset of mine would be that I am completely enthused in learning more, which I truly believe Symbridge would provide an opportunity for me to do so. Thus creating a mutually beneficial relationship.
In addition to my first area of experience, I also have experience working several years in a small architecture office. While the specifics of architecture may not be the most relevant, what is is the fact that I have experience in “wearing different hats” to accomplish various goals. Seeing as our office had 7 people at most in my time there, we were all required to be very adaptable and learn things on the go to keep a project moving towards success. This adaptability that I was able to cultivate over the course of years now can help me be a productive member with Symbridge.
It is these two areas of experience working in tandem that I believe would make me a valuable member to the Symbridge team.
As a bonus, I am also an experienced toastmaster, which has helped me acquire skills in presenting and the logistics of running meetings.
I look forward to hearing from you,
Roberto Cantu

Hello ,
I write, speak, watch, read fintech & blockchain 24/6. The rest is for my family, dog and Chinese classes.
My professional journey had a number of turns and (and even U-turns), yet it has shaped my expertise and work ethics.
The first jobs were closely connected to promoting entrepreneurial efforts and gaining communications weight from the scratch. I created and executed public campaigns promoting long-lasting initiatives and activities aimed at raising awareness among potential investors, launched new public communications channels and website with interactive maps and tools, conducted analytics over markets and industries, organized road-shows abroad and etc. Well, crisis communications and government field always go together, most importantly I've learnt to prevent crisis situations.
Later I’ve challenged myself to dive deep into the field of blockchain and startups. Soon I’ve taken wider responsibilities – not only marketing and public relations including community and social media management, but strategy development, business processes design and optimization, branding. At these startups I’ve had a chance to practice my consulting skills as well, however, that was too late to introduce any new tech or operational ideas due to poor financial planning and performance, or if being less euphemistic – bankruptcy. The most important finding from those days is my perpetual love for writing and content creation in various genres and formats, the narrative is the core of any comms activities that I’m being a part of.
The quest for financial revolution has overwhelmed me and brought to the leading Russian fintech company, where I have a chance to boost my international communications skills and be a part of the change of the financial landscape. Yet, now I feel the need for risk and pushing myself into the very crypto volcano. So, I will be delighted to provide further information and hopefully take our conversation to the next stage.
Take care,
Eva
My upbeat personality, fun energy, my experience in frontend development, and my passion for wanting to learn more and get involved in the defi space, I believe that I will be a great addition to your team.
I Feel Like I Would Excel Here Because I Understand How The Crypto Industry Works & How To Market A Business As Well.
I Created A Platform Called "Juice Crypto's Academy" Specifically To Educate Newcomers On Cryptocurrency & Blockchain Technology.
I have really good people skills, and I very much enjoy talking to people, I've never been in sales but I've been told by my salesman friends multiple times that I would do great at it, given the way I talk.
I'm very enthusiastic about cryptos, have been a semi-early investor, since late 2016. I have done a lot of research about various cryptocurrencies, and I am holding multiple coins, from layer one blockchains, to defi, to privacy coins, and gaming coins, my portfolio is very diverse and I love the whole new web3 world that we're getting into. somehow every conversation I had in the last few years became a crypto conversation, its all around us, its the future, and I'm excited that I am a part of it.
My passion for blockchain and cryptocurrency in general makes me a good fit. Also having a start-up background, my leadership skills, managerial and operational skills, and the hunger in me to contribute to the cyrptosphere makes me great for this project.
