I currently serve as the Vietnam regional moderator for Berachain, and my duties include:

• Engaging with and supporting both new and existing users on Discord (covering the project itself and ecosystem partners). I provide special attention to project "OGs" to ensure user retention.
• Organizing weekly community-building games.
• Hosting weekly Discord calls to share project updates.
• Creating content about the project and sharing it on X (Twitter) and across the communities I manage.
• Organizing in-person meetups to foster community interaction and share the project's future direction, specifically addressing topics of current interest to the community. --> The ultimate goal is to retain existing users while onboarding new ones to use the project's products.

The activities mentioned above focus on the Vietnamese community (though I also handle other regions depending on specific events, such as Brazil or Thailand), as my primary role at Berachain is the Vietnam regional moderator—a position I have held for about five years. Additionally, I manage numerous large communities in Vietnam across platforms like Discord and Telegram.
