What makes me a strong community manager? Honestly, it comes down to two things: I care deeply about people, and I understand the culture of online communities because I’ve grown up in them.

I didn’t start out thinking I’d manage communities professionally. I was just that person who always ended up welcoming new members, answering questions, and sparking conversations—because I enjoyed it. Over time, I realized those things are exactly what makes a community thrive.

I’ve built Discord servers from scratch, turned silent chats into active hubs, and helped brands find their voice in a sea of noise. I know how to read the room, when to step in and when to let the community lead. I’ve moderated heated debates, celebrated user wins, and handled trolls with calm and clarity.

To me, community isn’t a checklist—it’s a living, breathing thing. It takes empathy, consistency, and a sense of humor. I bring all three, along with a deep respect for the people behind the screen. That’s what makes me good at this—and why I love it.
