I am a professional with over 20 years of experience in financial services, having held leadership roles at Yes Bank, HDFC Bank, HSBC, and Standard Chartered Bank. My background in traditional finance gave me deep expertise in risk management, compliance frameworks, and client relationship building, which I now apply to the fast‑evolving world of Web3 and blockchain.

I have worked as an Ambassador for Mogaland, where I promoted gamified learning in blockchain and DeFi, coordinated campaigns, and built engagement pipelines across Discord, Telegram, and Twitter. This role allowed me to combine my communication skills with my passion for decentralized innovation, helping communities better understand and adopt blockchain solutions.

In addition, I am a Partner at Cosmos Solutions, a leading financial services company in Kolkata, where I help clients achieve their financial goals through secured, unsecured, housing, and overdraft loans. This experience strengthens my ability to manage partnerships, execute campaigns, and deliver value‑driven solutions.

To deepen my Web3 expertise, I have completed certifications from Binance in Chain Development, NFT Deep Dive, and DeFi Deep Dive, and I am currently pursuing the Digital Currency / Mastering Web3 MOOC from the University of Nicosia. These credentials, combined with my TradFi background, position me uniquely to bridge traditional finance with decentralized innovation.
