I’m -----, a backend engineer based in Madrid. Most of my work has been in healthcare technology, building the services behind clinical conversations, medical documentation, patient monitoring, and appointment booking. I enjoy working on systems where getting the details right makes a real difference to the people using them. ----- ----- My main tools are TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL, alongside PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, and Google Cloud. I work on REST and GraphQL APIs, asynchronous processing, testing, and deployment. I also spend time making sure services are easy to monitor and troubleshoot once they’re running. ----- I like getting to the bottom of problems—a slow database query, a session that doesn’t recover properly, or a workflow that fails under load. At Ambience Healthcare, query-indexing work helped bring p95 note-status latency down from 820 ms to 290 ms. At Hippocratic AI, I worked on conversation APIs, session recovery, and tracing requests to find performance bottlenecks. ----- I’m looking for a remote backend, platform, or infrastructure role where I can take responsibility for meaningful work and stay involved beyond the initial release. I’m open to full-time positions and contract projects, including opportunities to bring my backend experience into Web3.
