Today, after launching numerous products, I intend to join a team and a project of my own, in which I can bring my skills to be an actor of its growth, while strengthening my expertise in the web3 ecosystem.
For the last two years, I contributed as a freelancer to the conception and to reaching the product market fit of a Progressive WebApp (PWA) based on Machine Learning algorithms. Throughout this experience, I had the opportunity to develop my expertise on most of the product competencies, from strategy definition (vision, discovery, roadmap), to marketing, to delivery and product organization.
Before that, for 3 years, I helped Fabernovel's clients launch their newest products. Through various workshops, I contributed to resolving their problems and determining the product strategy. I assisted them in defining the MVP by applying the lean method and by always keeping a user-centered approach.
My varied responsibilities included workshop facilitation, product vision definition (design thinking, design sprints), agile framework implementation, project and risk management, stakeholder communication, and strategy execution to achieve product-market fit. Based on my extensive experience, I train my clients in Product Management best practices and help them adopt a user-centric and results-oriented approach.
Simultaneously, as a cheerful contributor of various Discord communities on crypto, nft and web3 topics for almost 2 years, I have become passionate about this vibrant ecosystem. Despite some questionable projects, this ecosystem is producing more and more solid and innovative companies, and I want to be a part of it.
