I'm a Sales Manager, a Growth Lead, and an Artist.
Currently, I'm building exciting startups which are 🥚at the Harvard Innovation Labs overcoming challenges in internal + external operations whilst executing creative strategies + marketing campaigns to fuel meaningful growth.
In my spare ⏰, I like to build 📱 apps, 🕸 applications, produce 🎶, and eat lots of🍦.
I'm a systems thinker with background in Mechatronics Engineering, while gaining engineering knowledge and mental models, I became passionate about Blockchain Technology and decided to transition into the Web3 industry with the intention of contributing to the rise of freedom and collective sovereignty.
After writing documentation and knowledge bases for several blockchain projects, I’ve gained a holistic understanding of the industry; and as a Generalist, my skillset revolves around wearing many hats, solving problems, acting as a facilitator by communicating and leveraging skills across different departments, oriented towards Research, Operations and Community Building.
My Web3 Journey started by attending to meetups in Brisbane, Australia; from there, a group of colleagues and I established a non-profit with the goal of increasing blockchain adoption... Working with multiple blockchain startups and learning from learning from highly knowledgeable people in the space, has solidified my belief that Web3 is a schelling point to push humanity forward by unlocking unprecedented opportunities for ownership, collaboration and creation. It's revolutionizing the way we work, learn, earn and coordinate with other humans…
I'm looking for a role where I can apply my specific knowledge, with learning opportunities and room for creativity.

I'm a 34 year old self-taught UX designer from the Netherlands who loves solving complex problems by crafting design solutions. I have interest in building for apps, websites, dashboards and marketplaces. Along with a passion for anything design I also have some front-end tendencies from time to time.
I've always been either in a Product or Project Management role. I am fluent in English, Spanish and native Portuguese, plus I have great knowledge of Agile tools like Asana, Jira, Trello and more, in multiple time zones, plus product-centric tools like Figma and Miro.
I'm also savvy on product road mapping, stakeholder communication, work delegation, and staff/people management.
SaaS • Crypto • Data analytics • Sales • Content marketing • User research • UX/UI • Fast ideation to release
Over the last 5 years, I've been helping product teams to find opportunities and take them from ideation to market by designing, building, shipping, storytelling, fine-tuning product, and making sure we're prescribing our customers what they need via early-on engagement and persistent sales.
Hi! I'm a graphic designer, with emphasis in UX/UI desing and also illustration, I am very passionate about both , I have experience designing UXand UI of platforms and working side by side with dev teams, that's why I have notions about front-end, platforms like Trello, Figma, Miro (obviously I dominate the adobe suite) and I'm very familiarized with agile methodologies.
And last but no least I'm an blockchain and NFTs entusiast, right now I'm venturing into the sale of NTFs with my illustrations, and this is important because I'm really excited to learn about this topic as much as possible. I'm really responsible, autonomous, collaborative, funny and enthusiastic to learn from the people around me and to learn about this new world.
I'm a digital designer, the last 4 years I have been working in companies related to cryptocurrencies, wallets and exchanges.
I 'm a designlover from Guatemala. I can help you to solve all your main business hardness with design and copywriting. So, you can effectively deal with new customers through the clear, functional and emotional site. I have had the opportunity to work in many processes with more than 10 years of experience I'm a multi-task designer, this allows me to be more creative and proactive.
I am a UX/UI Designer with over 4 years of experience in startups and mid-sized companies. My passion for creating exceptional digital experiences and expertise in ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and final product design, coupled with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, has enabled me to develop a solid understanding of digital design.
Today, after launching numerous products, I intend to join a team and a project of my own, in which I can bring my skills to be an actor of its growth, while strengthening my expertise in the web3 ecosystem.
For the last two years, I contributed as a freelancer to the conception and to reaching the product market fit of a Progressive WebApp (PWA) based on Machine Learning algorithms. Throughout this experience, I had the opportunity to develop my expertise on most of the product competencies, from strategy definition (vision, discovery, roadmap), to marketing, to delivery and product organization.
Before that, for 3 years, I helped Fabernovel's clients launch their newest products. Through various workshops, I contributed to resolving their problems and determining the product strategy. I assisted them in defining the MVP by applying the lean method and by always keeping a user-centered approach.
My varied responsibilities included workshop facilitation, product vision definition (design thinking, design sprints), agile framework implementation, project and risk management, stakeholder communication, and strategy execution to achieve product-market fit. Based on my extensive experience, I train my clients in Product Management best practices and help them adopt a user-centric and results-oriented approach.
Simultaneously, as a cheerful contributor of various Discord communities on crypto, nft and web3 topics for almost 2 years, I have become passionate about this vibrant ecosystem. Despite some questionable projects, this ecosystem is producing more and more solid and innovative companies, and I want to be a part of it.
I enable progressive agile teams to deliver. I've been a business analyst in the mortgage space for over 20 years. I've been working remotely extensively with success. I am a Scrum Master and Product Owner for agile delivery. I'm also studying for Mortgage Loan Officer exam. This study is saturated with Federal Compliance training. I'd like a role in a Web 3.0 finance program using agile teams to build integrations, platforms for the future.
Dear the Backed Finance team,
I would like to get experience in Backed Finance as an Business Development Associate.
During my university career, I participated in various international projects that helped me to do research, find the right information and learn different tools by myself. The project that was carried out by the German company «Thorsten Garies» taught me how to work efficiently both individually and in a team. Due to the working conditions, in a short period, I learned how to work with programs, applications, and platforms (for example, Miro, Figma, and Adobe Photoshop). And I managed time management because I worked fully remotely. It helped me to prioritize tasks.
Also, I had an opportunity to help a founder of a start-up with marketing aspects and strategic development. The startup specialized in heavy industry. I was able to offer ways to develop a startup for the founder through business cooperation and various government subsidies. I was able to dive into the industry, understand how this industry is regulated and have a vision of how the startup can grow there.
Working as a partner manager in Jooble I learned how important text and graphic information play in advertising. In addition, I have improved my business communication skills.
Despite the fact that my background relates to consulting functions, I have always been interested in the IT field, for example, I took courses in HTML/CSS, web design, I have always been interested in fintech, what is happening in general in the IT world, what is backend and frontend, Agile approaches in business management, big data, artificial intelligence.
I also studied for one semester in the program "Innovative entrepreneurship in ICT" among people who would like to run a startup in IT. The program inspired me by an entrepreneurial mindset and also gave me a vision of what is really happening with digital products (from an idea to realization).
To get the necessary knowledge to understand how the crypto world works and how the blockchain works, I took courses on the Coursera platform. In the course from the INSEAD Institute, I studied Blockchain Design principles, approaches to private and public blockchains, hashing operations, proof of work and proof of stake, ring signature and the blockchain ecosystem in general. In the course of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency technologies from Princeton University, I got a vision of cryptographic hash functions, how to achieve decentralization and the mechanics of crypto.
Even though my work experience is not related to blockchain and crypto, I am genuinely interested in getting more involved in that and getting experience in the technological side of the business because my background is more economical and I feel the need to acquire hard skills, and this position would help me. And I hope to be as useful as possible for the company.
I will be glad to discuss my experience during the job interview with you. If you need any additional information, please contact me.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Dear Clément,
We've had the opportunity to meet several times lately, at the DeFi France meet-ups, at EthCC and at the P2P festival. I'm Paul, former product owner at Coinhouse, member of DeFi France and contributor to the translation of the Bankless program.
I have had the opportunity to follow several of your conferences, and I acknowledge to find an interesting example of pragmatism, transparency, and pedagogy in your presentations. I am therefore very interested to work with you. Here are the reasons why you might be interested reciprocally:
I have an ease in engaging with communities, identifying potential partners and building strong, long-term relationships through a combination of Telegram, Twitter, Discord among others and by participating to numerous events.
Having participated in the development of software's features as a PO and having experimented with many crypto-services, I have a good understanding of the blockchain building bricks logic and the writing of specifications.
As an experienced user of collaborative and productive tools, I master the following software ; Monday, Notion, Jira, Pivotal Tracker, Miro, among others.
I am qualified to identify the needs of dApps and crypto-services customers, resulting from my experience in Product Management and my experiences in user testing for projects such as MoonPay or Deepwork.
I am a fast learner and I can easily retain large volumes of information thanks to my proficiency in memory methods and my ability to break down complex stuff.
I managed to integrate more deeply into the DeFi space with Stake Capital where I was able to perform a wide range of tasks. Unfortunately the project has come to an end for many of us as we were not paid. Having an entrepreneurial mindset, I viewed this experience as an opportunity to deeply review my essential criteria before applying to join a team (in addition to a proper due diligence). My criteria are as follows:
An open-minded, diverse and free from drama team
A promising use case to work on and a passion for the job missions
Colleagues who could inspire me and for whom I would enjoy putting all my efforts into bringing value
Kleros meet these criteria.
Although my professional career can be considered short if you take a standard time frame, my volume of activity and knowledge related to this industry convinces me that I have the ability to bring value through this position from day one.
Being familiar with Kleros and these use cases, I invite you to contact me to learn more and to send me a case study for which I would be pleased to apply my expertise.
I am very excited by this career opportunity and am interested in meeting with you to discuss further.
Sincerely,
Paul Drouet
