For the past seven years, I have been deeply immersed in the intersection of law and technology, focusing on blockchain and digital assets. As Chief Legal Officer and President of Operations at MNNT LTD, I was responsible for navigating complex regulatory environments and designing compliant token ecosystems that operate across multiple jurisdictions. During this time, I also spearheaded the establishment of global corporate structures, which have minimized risk and ensured compliance, while driving significant strategic growth for our company.

In addition to my legal work, I have led efforts in securing digital asset service provider licenses, successfully guided multi-million-dollar brand acquisitions, and negotiated partnerships with major industry players, including securing the only Nintendo partnership in the Web3 gaming space due to my compliance initiatives put in place. My initiatives have not only protected my client's intellectual property but have also generated over $56M in secondary sales, significantly contributing to our financial success.

My experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, including MiCA in the EU, the FCA in the UK, and MAS in Singapore. I have used this knowledge to advise on and implement sophisticated compliance strategies that align with business goals while adhering to regulatory requirements.
