Work as a project assistant in the electrical engineering sector, where I coordinate timelines, resources, and reporting for multiple projects. This role sharpened my ability to manage operations, communicate across teams, and keep complex processes on track.

Alongside my job, I started building my own DeFi project, which taught me how to research token models, follow market dynamics, and stay up to date with trends like stablecoins, DAOs, and DeFi protocols. Even though it’s an early-stage side project, it gave me hands-on insight into what it takes to push ideas from concept to execution.

I’ve also grown my network in the Web3 space through online communities and direct outreach to founders. This has given me an inside look at how startups operate and what it means to drive growth from zero.

My key achievement is staying adaptable: I can quickly learn, jump into new areas (from ops to biz dev to community), and add value even in fast-changing environments.
