I've been in crypto since 2019, and I came in the unusual way, through writing, not trading. I started as a blockchain technical writer and consultant, which forced me to actually understand how protocols work before I ever shipped product. That turned into building, and building turned into founding Blockmob Labs, a full-stack Web3 firm I've scaled to 70+ people across UK and US entities.

Since then my team has shipped 100+ blockchain projects across Ethereum, Solana, and other EVM chains: Axon and Gaya (AI-powered Solana wallets), a Solana launchpad built on Meteora's dynamic bonding curves, DeFi staking and tokenomics systems, and trading infrastructure like MarketSync. I've lived the full lifecycle: protocol mechanics, product, delivery, and go-to-market.

What makes me effective is the combination. Most people in Web3 are one thing, a developer, a BD person, or a PM. I'm all three. I understand the tech deeply enough to architect it (EVM, Solana, DeFi mechanics), I can lead the 50+ engineers who build it, and I can run the business development and delivery that gets it shipped and in front of users. So I can take a Web3 product from whiteboard to launched and growing without needing three people to translate between them, and I've done it repeatedly.
