After five consecutive years as the top-performing sales manager in terms of target overachievement at XTB Online Investing Spain, I was selected to lead the creation of the Partnership department at XTB LATAM. My focus has been on designing and executing commercial strategies, building and training teams, and developing key relationships with industry stakeholders that have driven regional growth and led the company to double the client acquisition.
